Programs: With approximately 23,772 card-holders in a population of 42,523 residents, the library is actively used by 56 percent of its target service area population. Sandusky area residents depend on the library for reading materials, educational and cultural programs, research and technical assistance, computer training and internet access which they would not have access to otherwise. All programs and services of the library are provided free to the public.
