As a volunteer advisor, I want to start by commending the team — especially Ice — for the inspiring work you're doing to empower young girls through education and leadership. The recent EmpowerHER summit and gala were strong steps toward long-term impact. It was inspiring to see the community come together to support such an important mission, and I’m proud to be contributing to a movement that uplifts and empowers young girls through education. Involving students added energy and relevance — showing that young people are central not just as beneficiaries but also as leaders. I’m excited to continue supporting this mission.
Serving as an advisor for Lemonade with Ice’s Gala was an enriching and purposeful experience that I will always value. As a volunteer advisor, I had the privilege of guiding the planning team, supporting youth leaders, and helping shape a night that celebrated community impact, student achievements, and the power of giving back. The Gala was not only a celebration—it was a platform where voices were elevated, dreams were supported, and partnerships were strengthened. Watching the event come to life through the hard work of passionate volunteers and inspired students reminded me of the true meaning of service and the lasting impact we can make when we come together for a greater cause.
I have seen a great sense of commitment at a very younger age, which is appreciated and a guiding light to many youngsters to walk in a less walked path of empathy. Kudos to the supporting team to make a difference in many lives who cannot repay back in anyway. Thank you for supporting Kritagyata in a best possible way. It is a wonderful journey for one year with you all.
With my humble gratitude

I Volunteering at the Lemonade with Ice (LWI) EmpowerHER Summit was a deeply inspiring and transformative experience. From the moment I joined the team, I felt the passion and purpose behind every detail of the event. I had the opportunity to support impactful workshops, assist dynamic speakers, and engage directly with young girls who were eager to learn and lead. The energy in the event was contagious, and being part of a mission-driven community focused on empowerment, leadership, and education was incredibly rewarding.
I wholeheartedly recommend volunteering with LWI’s EmpowerHER Summit to anyone who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of youth. Not only will you grow personally and professionally, but you'll also contribute to an event that fosters confidence, amplifies voices, and builds lifelong connections. It’s more than just an event—it’s a movement, and I’m proud to have been part of it.
I’ve volunteered with Lemonade with Ice a few times now, and each time has been a really fun experience. The events are always well put together, creative, and really fun. It feels great to be part of something that’s truly making a difference, and I’m excited to keep volunteering with them.

Nari Samata Manch (https://narisamatamanch.org/) is an NGO located in Pune, India, focussing primarily on gender, violence and education. We work in rural areas, with significant population of individuals from particularly vulnerable tribes such as katkaris.
Last year, for the first time we were approached by Lemonade with Ice. Arti approached us on behalf of Ice, we also had virtual dialogue with Arti and Ice to mutually understand each other's work and we, my erstwhile colleague Ms Preeti Karmarkar and I, were very impressed by the drive with which Ice works with her mother's support.
We have been identifying mostly young girls from the area of our work, who need encouragement to further their studies. So far we have channelised financial help for computer training, paying fees for college and school education, providing small help to get a bicycle to commute daily to the school and so on. We are very happy with this kind of support and hopefully will continue this effort in the future.
Arti visited one of the places where we work couple of months ago and some of the photos from that site visit and interaction with girls is already on our FB page.

Volunteered for Lemonade with Ice several times and will continue to do so as all prior times were great. Volunteering feels meaningful as you are helping the charity’s interesting and inspiring cause. Events are well-organized and fun, especially the annual gala.
I have known Lemonade with Ice for a long time and very impressed with all the good deeds they do. And recently i became a board member which i consider as an honor. I saw first hand how much they have done and are still doing for the girls in need and their community. At the same time, all the events and program conducted by them has been helpful for many students who are looking for internships and volunteering hours.
What set this non profit apart is the founder, a young intelligent lady who has had the empathy to help others since she was very young, driven by that she started this organization. She is an inspiration for other young girls, hats off to her.
All that being said , i highly recommend Lemonade with Ice because it is not just a charity but it is forming future leaders and changemakers.
Lemonade with Ice is more than a nonprofit—it’s a youth-led movement empowering underprivileged girls through education and leadership. Started by a teenager, it’s inspiring to see how one small idea turned into global impact. Their events and programs are meaningful, creative, and truly make a difference.
Serving on the board of Lemonade with Ice has been one of the most meaningful and inspiring roles I’ve undertaken. This organization isn’t just about raising funds — it’s about creating lasting impact in the lives of underprivileged girls through access to education, mentorship, and opportunity.
What sets Lemonade with Ice apart is its authenticity and youth-led vision. Founded and driven by a young leader, the organization brings fresh energy and a genuine commitment to change. As a board member, I have seen firsthand the transparency with which every dollar is used, and the deep connection the team builds with its partner communities — whether in Houston or in rural India.
I’ve had the privilege to contribute to strategic decision-making, expand partnerships, and support initiatives like the Annual Gala, EmpowerHer Summit, and educational outreach campaigns. But more than that, I’ve been inspired by the girls whose lives have been touched — their stories of resilience, growth, and ambition fuel our mission daily.
If you are looking for a nonprofit that is purpose-driven, innovative, and rooted in community empowerment, I wholeheartedly recommend Lemonade with Ice. It is more than a charity — it is a movement shaping future leaders and change-makers, one girl at a time.
