To work for better owner- occupant relation and improved public relations for rental housing industry to promote more effecient management practices through the interchange of of ideas and research and by compiling and disseminating information to its members. To adopt and enforce a code of ethics for membership in their dealings with the public. Generally to promote a better understanding of problems affecting the industry.
