As the property owning entity of the knights of columbus, provided the facility for all monthly and other meetings of knights of columbus bishop brady council 399 and charles jasman assembly. Both these fraternal organizations provide financial and volunteer assistance to area catholic churches and seminarians studying for the priesthood and local food banks; and perform other charitable works. They also contribute funds to the supreme knights of columbus organization to promote their worldwide mission. Knights inc sold the property on 1/18/2016 and has donated the proceeds to the local church in barre vt.
