Causes: Education, Two-Year Colleges
Mission: Kingsborough community college association, inc. Of the city university of new york is created for the purpose of developing and cultivating educational, social, cultural, and recreational activities among students and faculty of kingsborough community college.
Programs: Provides funding for student government, peer advisor and leadership workshop weekends, school newspaper, college radio station, literary magazine publication, a student health center, student accident insurance, art gallery expenses, diploma now program, collaborative program, a pre-admissions program which provided events for prospective students, and a campus fest event to welcome freshmen and transfer students by providing workshops and an opportunity to meet faculty and other students.
athletics & recreation - provides funding for athletics, coaches, recreational swimming, evening supervision, intramurals, as well as intercollegiate games and regional and national competition.
student clubs/organizations/activities - provides funding for club activities, honor societies, and special educational events allowing students, staff, and faculty to participate.
graduation/commencement/yearbook - provides graduating seniors with caps and gowns, yearbooks, degrees, and hospitality on graduation day.
