Mission: Kids bike lane (kbl) is a non-profit organization that partners with charities, community groups, civic organizations, schools, corporations, and individuals to provide brand-new bikes for under-served children and youth in the greater san francisco bay area with the goal of empowering them to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Programs: 5/20/2017 free bicycle repair clinic in hayward, ca. 38 bicycles serviced. 20 helmets provided. 4 used bicycles given away. 9/26/2017 free bicycle repair clinic in livermore, ca. 40 bicycles serviced. 30 helmets provided. 8 used bicycles given away. 12/2/2017 big bike build in pleasanton, ca. 616 bicycles assembled and donated to 23 pre-qualified charities. Each bicycle had a helmet provided.
