The Kevin Peare Memorial skate park Committee has been raising funds to build a free skate park for the Mount Washington valley for over 4 years. The skate park will be in memory of Kevin Peare, a Conway Native who passed away in 2017. His love of skateboarding and teaching it to anyone who wanted to learn, spearheaded this project. It was his dream to have a skate park in his hometown and a safe place to practice the sport. After Kevin’s passing his older sister Caren Peare reached out to the Tony Hawk Foundation (now The Skate Project). Alec Beck the Director immediately contacted her back, He has been guiding the group on how to build a skate park. We are currently at $70,000 and have started the design process! We will be off the new recreation path on Hemlock lane North Conway NH to the left of Walmart. We need your help to make this a reality.
