Mission: Inspiring youth to capture a vision through sports and education
Results: Very successful first year, 2010. We had 225 kids sign-up and participate for the season, we expected only 150. Our Bantams (10 and 11 year olds) were successful in making the "Champianship" game and only lost by 1pt, 7 to 6. We are all looking forward to what the 2011 season will bring.
Target demographics: Boys and girls age 6 to 14 in the South King County area.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Youths that have trouble paying the $200 fee will be able to receive a scholarship and participate.
