Mission: Programs to build young kansas agricultural and rural leaders with greater knowledge, broader perspectives and improved communication and decision-making skills to be able to communicate rural needs to the population, serve their industry and community, and provide discussions and educational experiences at the local, state, national, and international levels. Programs are composed of up to 30 individuals, ages 25 to 55.
