Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Environment, Water, Water Resources, Wetlands Conservation & Management
Mission: To protect, enhance and restore the quality of the natural resources in southeastern massachusetts, in particular the jones river and cape cod bay, for present and future generations. As well as, cultivating effective stewardship of our regional environment through science, advocacy, and education.
Programs: Watershed protection and habitat restoration, ecosystem protection, including cape cod bay, and involvement in the region for the study of the impact of water diversions, withdrawals, and cooling water intake structures on the general public and regional environment. Support of the jones landing environmental heritage center, for its facility and study, protection and restoration of the environment.
