during fiscal year 2013-2014, the corporation acquired and rehabilitated two housing properties located at 34 dayna court and 693 colgate avenue in perth amboy, new jersey. The property was acquired through a federal home project grant funded by the u. S. Department of housing and urban development, and advances from the jewish renaissance foundation. The rehabilitation costs were funded through a secured mortgage from amboy bank. The mortgage was paid in full from grant proceeds when the completed home was awarded to a low-income family subsequent to june 30, 2014.
