Mission: IT’S A WRAP TO CANCER, INC. is a 501C3 Tax Exempt Non-Profit organization located in Memphis, Tennessee and was founded by a breast cancer survivor. Our mission is to allow those who are in the battle to focus on maintaining their self-esteem and positivity when they start to experience the side effects of surgery and treatment. Hair loss can be one of the most traumatic times for women and decreased self-esteem for men. We want these warriors to know that they do not have to fight alone”. We want them to know that they can Battle with Beauty and Conquer Cancer with Confidence. IT’S A WRAP TO CANCER, INC. wants to ease this time by embracing the hair loss and physical changes and make them feel good about themselves. How you see yourself in your reflection, can affect the way you look and feel. When we feel more like ourselves, we can embrace the changes in our lives and adapt to our new normal. Our aim is to bring out the confidence and boldness that somehow gets lost in the diagnosis.
Results: Within or 2 month time in existence we have helped over 20 warriors.
