I received a letter (which looks like it came out of an old Xerox machine) dated 5/17/11 stating an "American the Beautiful Commemorative coin set" was purchased in my name, and was resold for a profit of $430, which were then donated to 'Integrity Lighthouse Enterprises".
It also states" As agreed with your participation, all net proceeds from the project go to support 'Thy Kingdom Come' initiatives".
I have no clue what they are talking about. I have never heard of this group, nor has anyone informed me that they have made a purchase "in my name". So, I researched on-line for any info on "Integrity Lighthouse Enterprises", and that name shows up only on this GreatNonprofits list, with no further info. Therefore, I seriously doubt the "integrity"of Integrity Lighthouse Enterprises.
No contact phone number was given for the copy-quality signature of presumed sender, "David Campbell". To prove its integrity, the least that could have been done to legitimize the validity of the notice would be to give the name of who bought the coins.
Without a way to validate anything, this looks like a scam, maybe? Probably just best to ignore it all, but just in case, I will copy this review, and keep the letter and envelope sent to me,for future reference should it be necessary.
