primary health care - article 28 clinic: to ensure integration of physical and behavioral health treatment, the agency has opened a comprehensive outpatient medical clinic. Medical staff provides a full range of healthcare services based upon an understanding of addiction and the role it plays in health management. The clinic is open to patients at huther doyle and all of its recoverynet partner agencies.
health home: health home care management services are available to assist clients by coordinating all areas of service needs and treatment. The program also generates $110,000 in government grant revenue, which is included on form 990, part viii, line 1e.
