Mission: Huruma international ministries is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes, more specifically, to care for underprivileged children, using god's provision to help improve their physical well-being, enhance their educational opportunities, encourage their spiritual growth through a personal relationship with god through jesus christ and to assist them in reaching their full potential in glorifying god in their lives. Since huruma first began operating, the bethel children's centre has been able to add over 20 additional children. In 2017, huruma also provided the funds for 18 children from the bethel children's centre to attend high school, two others to take courses of study at local universities. In addition, huruma provided the funds to build a new building for pre-school in ruiru, kenya
Programs: Huruma provides support for the bethel children's centre in ruiru, kenya, which operates an orphanage and school. Huruma helps provide for the physical needs of the children who live at the centre. In addition, huruma's support allows many impoverished children, including approximately 100 orphans to attend primary school at bethel. In 2015, bethel was able to take in four additional children who needed homes. Huruma also provided tuition, room and board for 14 high school students who lived at the centre. In 2015, huruma also provided the funds to build an addition to the centre, so that a host family can live at the centre and help care for the children. Huruma also provided funds to purchase land used for farming to provide food for the orphanage. In 2017, huruma provided funds to build a preschool and provide meals for several dozen preschool age children.
