This is a wonderful charitable organization where nearly every dollar goes to purchasing fuel to get doctors where they are needed. The pilots and mechanics all donate their time.

These are volunteer pilots who are making a difference in children and adult's lives needing medical care at R1 hospitals. I am so glad they are available to transport people in need.
