I've only known Ashley for a short time. She is such a kind hearted person and just so passionate about helping others in honor of Houston.
As a mama of child loss, this means so much to me. And I know families in the NICU love it too!
You are amazing Ashley! Keep doing what you do! You are changing lives!
Houston’s Lift Off is an amazing non-profit organization that helps families in Akron Children’s NICU at Aultman Hospital. My niece and her husband received a basket when they were there with their little one. It was nice to see that others really do care. I have helped supply items for baskets and made some blankets. I have attended one of their fund raisers.
I am a grandma so when I make blankets or quilts I pray over each one. Not know who may receive one, I hope my love is felt in each one.
Houston’s Lift Off is an amazing non-profit organization that helps families in Akron Children’s NICU at Aultman Hospital. My husband and I received a basket donated by Houston’s Lift Off during our stay with our 29 week old, premature, daughter. The basket consisted of a gift card, snacks, diapers, wipes, and a stuffed animal. It was heart warming to know someone was thinking of us during one of the hardest times in our life.
After reading about Houston’s Lift Off’s mission, I knew I wanted to be apart of their organization. I am a proud board member of Houston’s Lift Off! I enjoy being able to be apart of blessing the families in Aultman’s NICU, in honor of baby Houston.
I met Ashley the founder of Houston’s Lift off when I was sick with COVID in 2020 and she graciously came over to groom my dog. We quickly became great friends n continued to grow our relationship thru the years but I learned of her son Houston who had passed away n about her nonprofit she created in his name and I knew I wanted to be apart of this great organization and soon joined and was blow away by all the things we were able to do for these families in Aultman’s NICU in Canton Ohio. We give gas cards food cards hygiene items baby blankets stuffed animals baby books and just anything you can think of to brighten a families day so they did not feel like they were alone in this fight to b with their child. 2022 we were able to help so many families were featured in a commercial n interviewed by a news station n also on a radio station…we accomplished so much this year n plan to do even more in 2023. It brings so much joy to my heart to get to be apart of such a lovely group of woman with the same mission…helping families who have a baby in the NICU. I’m ecstatic to see what 2023 holds for us n to see how many families we can continue to help! If u haven’t seen or heard of us go to Facebook n search Houston’s Lift Off. Without drive n the help of our community we could not continue to do this amazing work.

I learned of this charity from the founder, my coworker and now my friend Ashley Hall. Houston’s Lift Off try’s to take some burden off the families of these precious babies. They donate baskets to families filled with gift cards, munchies, blankets and etc. to ease the families involved. They even treat the NICU nurses to lunches to show how much they help the families and babies for their stay at the Aultman NICU in Canton Ohio. Since I’ve known Ashley I have seen how much her and the other volunteers have built the organization up and have made it more well known. They are always looking for donations and help so if there’s somewhere you want to help contact them and they will let you know what is needed.
