Mission: The House of Refuge, Inc. a 501(c)3 community based outreach program was founded in 1989 by Rev.& Mrs. Michael Smith. It is our desire to positively impact the lives of troubled males and their families. By helping them raise their standards of living we wish to introduce and help reinforce the positive morals and values needed to equip these young men to accept and beat the challenges that lay ahead for them. Today's generation is tomorrow's leaders, so we are committed to preparing them for that responsibility by empowering and educating them. The lives that we touch will be nurtured and equipped to overcome the milestones and barriers that currently prohibit them from achieving their goals.
