Mission: To provide medically compromised patients with high quality, comprehensive care incorporating skilled professionals, support and rehabilitation services and community resources.
Programs: Provided hope,care and dignity to adult and pediatric patients and their families with life threatening illnesses. Medical care as well as psychological and spiritual support services are provided to patients and their families. Services included nursing, social work, pastoral care, home health aid, child life specialist and physical therapy visits. This included the esstential care for children program, a model palliative care program for children living with terminal illness.
