Mission: The Hispanic College Fund’s mission is to create a pipeline of talented and career-driven young Hispanics, equip them to succeed in the competitive corporate world allowing them to join the mainstream.
Programs: The Hispanic College Fund targets exceptional students of Hispanic background that come from families with incomes at or below their state's median family income (based on family size). There are four main programs through which HCF accomplishes its mission of developing Hispanic professionals. - HCF Scholarship program - Hispanic Youth Symposia (HYS) - Latinos on Fast Track(LOFT)interns - Hispanic Young Professionals Program (HYP) The four main programs support Hispanic youth with direct education on the importance of college, financial resources for their studies, internships for professional development, and leadership training for personal growth.
