HACSC has been in business for quite awhile now. If you have a project or are a nonprofit organization upon request and approval, they will provide legal status for you to accept tax-deductible contributions so your donors can legally receive a tax deduction. This organization also provides you with status so you can apply for grant funds. I have successfully used them in the past and they were very helpful.
