Mission: Promotion of agriculture awareness to the general public such as the promotion of grain, cattle, swine, dairy, sheep, horses, goats, fowl and vegetables. Provide wholesome entertainment.
Programs: Services expenses, includes 79,568 for wholesome entertainment at our henry county fair. Other services include directing traffic, annual fire extinguisher service, shuttle, veterinarian, auditing and legal services. We offer free grandstand for our entertainment as well as free entertainment other than at the grandstand. We also have free parking. The majority of our fair income is from general admissions, concessionaires and merchants. This makes our revenue by expense non-allocable.
property expenses include electrician expenses for the fair, gate workers, pest control, security services, computer services, restrooms and grounds cleaning services, trash hauling services,sound system services, real estate taxes and tree work services. These are necessary expenses to operate the henry county fair. There is no allocabe income for our property expenses.

Other necessary expenses to have harness horse races at our fair are fees for the starting gate, photo finish, announcer and judges, race programs, trophies, permits and fees. The harness horse racing is an instrumental part of promoting agriculture and is also wholesome entertainment. Revenues received from the state of ohio specifically for the races were 7,962. Entry fees, speed fees and other items of revenue were 73,605. General admissions are non-allocable.
