Nonprofit Overview
Mission: To provide a progression of supportive services and housing that empowers families to become independent, self-sufficient, and adequately housed. To foster low income housing opportunities to prevent homelessness and encourage safe, affordable housing.
Results: In the last 28 years, HEARTH has provided support and housing to a total of 1,068 families - 365 adults and 704 children.
Target demographics: mothers and children who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, and other significant trauma.
