Mission: We serve the Mooresville and Mt Mourne, N.C., area by offering topeople with no other healthcare option access to free medical, dental, pharmacological, chiropractic, social-worker, and educational services directly or by access to other service providers. Studies by the United Way and others show that this area has the highes incidence of poverty on the I-77 corridor between Charlotte and Statesville. We provide a significant contribution to our community by providing services and by faithfully demonsstrating care, integrity and respect for our patients' dignity.
