Causes: Human Services
Mission: To provide access to compassionate, caring, expert and professional hospice and grief support services to patients and families at the end of life.
Target demographics: adults and children with end-life-care regardless of their ability to pay. Our Grief Support Services are available, free of charge, to anyone who has suffered a loss in the community.

Geographic areas served: Martin and St. Lucie counties
Programs: Grief Support, Camp Good Grief, In-Patient Units, Music, Massage, and Aromatherapy, Children's Programs and the Treasured Pets Program, are all supported by the generous donations and grants provided by the community. Founded in 1982, Treasure Coast Hospice is a nonprofit organization of skilled professionals and dedicated volunteers serving patients and families in Martin and St. Lucie counties. Our highly qualified team of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, licensed therapists and chaplains is a resource to individuals and families. We educate people about their options long before, during and after health issues arise, offering tools and guidance that allow you to individualize your healthcare at every stage. This partnership means that you and your loved ones can plan for and direct your journey as you personally wish. Our vision is a world where everyone has choices about their care and how to live at all stages of life. By creating an environment of open communication, we help you plan for and navigate serious or advanced illnesses, and we support your decisions to live well - and as you choose - throughout your journey.
