Mission: Healing the Children New Jersey provides donated medical care to children in need within New Jersey and throughout the world.
Results: Founded in 1981, HTCNJ has provided donated medical care to more than 34,000 children locally and globally.
Target demographics: impoverished children receive the medical care they require.

Programs: Domestic Aid Program: we help New Jersey children with complex medical diagnoses and developmental disabilities by providing prescription medication, eyeglasses, hearing aids, orthotics, communications devices, etc. and special-needs care, camp and therapy. Medical Teams Abroad Program: Our volunteer surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, nurses and administrative lay persons travel to other countries to provide surgery and medical care to children in need at no cost to their families. International Inbound: We bring children from throughout the world to the U.S. to receive donated surgical and medical care that is otherwise unavailable to them. We arrange the child's travel, escort, volunteer host family and donating medical professionals and hospitals.
