As a part of my Rural Internship, I, Tarang Nileshkumar Soni got an opportunity to work as an intern for Hariraj Charitable Trust.
By the orientation, I got to know about how the NGO serves the society by various programs like Centre for Learning Assistance - for helping students who are falling behind learn, and Gender Equitable Boys - a stepping stone for stopping violence against women.
The volunteers work under the guidance and leadership of the visionary Director Dhirajbhai Vagadia. They are truly driven and committed to work for the society.
I got inspired by the orientation and couldn't wait to contribute.
Now I would like to share with you my experience of first field visit.
I went to a slum area with volunteers. We spread awareness about Government benefits to them for education and encouraged the people to send children to school. We also visited a Anganwadi - a Government kindergarten to hear from them any problems they were facing. It was truly an eye opening experience to interact with the slum people and the Anganwadi teachers and Principle and understand their viewpoints and concerns. The volunteers assessed the different viewpoints to find a solution. It is one of my memorable experiences.
Any donation to this organisation will surely go to good hands and will be used for the society.
Centre for learning assistant કેન્દ્ર કોરોના કાળની પરિસ્થિતિ દરમિયાન શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. જેમાં મારું ગામ મોટા માચિયાળામાં પણ કેન્દ્ર શરૂ કરાયું. જેમાં હું નેન્સી ગાંગડીયા લનિૅંગ આસિસ્ટન્ટ તરીકેની ભૂમિકા ભજવી રહી છું.હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા ચાલતા શિક્ષણ અને સહાયતા કેન્દ્રનો મુખ્ય હેતુ એ છે કે બાળકોને પોતાની ભાષા અને બેઝિક ગણનનો પાયો મજબૂત બનાવવો અને આ પાયો મજબૂત બનાવવા બાળકોને શીખવવામાં મદદરૂપ થવું તેમજ તેની શીખવાની બાબતોને સરળ કરી આપવી. જુદી જુદી ગેમ, ટીએલએમ, ચાટૅ, કાડૅ વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરી બાળકના લેવલને આગળ વધારવાના પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવે છે અને કાયૅને તપાસવા માટે બેઈઝલાઈન, મીડલાઈન, એન્ડલાઈન પેપર લઈ તેના લેવલને તપાસવામાં આવે છે.આમ, આ કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા બાળકોમા અભ્યાસિક પરિવર્તનની સાથે વ્યાવહારિક પરિવર્તન લાવી શકાય છે તેને પોતાની વાત રજૂ કરવા ભયમુક્ત વાતાવરણ મળી રહે છે.
HCT aims to enhance healthcare, promote environmental preservation, and advance income generation and agricultural development. It also seeks to e-educate with financial literacy through training programs, encourage self-employment, and support climate-resilient, sustainable farming systems for long-term agricultural growth, food security, and environmental sustainability.
I have been associated with the organization for the last 5 years. I am very impressed with the socially useful activities of the organization, especially the continuous efforts to increase the income of farmers and achieve the rights of children. The people are trying to make the community aware through different means, they are getting funds for this work by making many efforts, but the vision of the organization is to make the community aware and self-reliant. If you are so helpful, great work and great society will be created.

I came to know about Hariraj Charitable Trust through their CLA program. which work for children's education with innovative techniques. inspired me to work with children and to get more information about this NGO. I am pleased with their child education, environment awareness activities and Farming activities too.
Hariraj Charitable Trust's dedication over the 31 years has undoubtedly enriched the lives of countless individuals and families. Through their multifaceted approach for Education for Children, encompassing sustainable livelihood initiatives, healthcare interventions, agricultural collaborations with farmers, and empowerment programs for women, they are fostering holistic community development.
Moreover, their emphasis on education and promoting gender equity among children reflects their commitment to nurturing future generations equipped with the tools to create positive change. The collaborative efforts of their team members have undoubtedly been instrumental in driving forward their mission and achieving impactful outcomes.
Since 2006 I have been knowing this Organisation. Organisation providing its services in rural and urban area for informal education, health and agriculture. Its CLA program was came to existence during Corona pandemic. Organisation sincere program team provided online education to children of rural area during Corona.
In gender awareness program organisation working with boys to sensitize them about gender issues.
Really good work done by Hariraj in rural and urban area of Amreli and Vadodara district.
મારી સફળતા નું પહેલું પગથિયું
હું તારીખ ૨૦/૭/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ સાંજે લગભગ ૬/૩૦ વાગ્યાના સમયે ક્રિકેટ રમતો હતો ને મારો મિત્ર સુનીલ ચારિય નો મને કોલ આવ્યો કે આપણે બંને ને અમરેલી એક સંસ્થામાં ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટે જવાનું છે . પહેલા તો મે ના જ પાડી દીધી હતી,કેમકે ત્યારે હું નારિયેળમાં મજૂરી કરવા જતો એ પણ એક અનુભવ માટે મારા પપ્પા મને જવાની ના પડતા તો પણ હું જતો કેમ કે તે બહુ જ મુશ્કેલ વાળું અને ભારે કામ છે.એમાં થી આપણૅ શીખ મળે કે તે કામ કરવામાં કેટલી મહેનત અને મુશ્કેલી પડે .૨૧/૭/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ અમારે મજૂરી જવાનું બંધ રહ્યું.તો મે વીચાર્યું કે સુનીલ જોડે ઇન્ટરવ્યુ આપવા માટે જઈ આવું. બંને સવારે બસ માં બેસી અમરેલી જવા માટે નીકળ્યા .પહેલા મને કંઈ ખબર ન હતી કે કામ શું કરવાનું હશે? એટલી ખબર હતી કે વડોદરા જિલ્લા ના ડભોઈ તાલુકા માં REEL નામ નો કપાસ ઉપર પ્રોજેક્ટ ચાલું છે એમાં એક જગ્યા છે.
બપોરે લગભગ ૨ વાગ્યા પછી આપણી સંસ્થાની ઓફીસે પહોચીયા, ત્યાર બાદ પહેલા બુધ્ધિ કસોટી માટે એક પેપર લેવામાં આવ્યું અને પછી ખેતી વિષયક પેપર લેવામાં આવ્યું સાથે સાથે એક અરજી લખાવવામાં આવી . ત્યારબાદ ધીરુ સાહેબ, રમેશ ભાઈ , હેમીબેન અને જાનકી બેન દ્રારા ઇન્ટરવ્યુ લેવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
REEL પ્રોજેક્ટમાં એક જ જગ્યા હતી અને અમે બે છોકરા હતા. તો બંને એ નક્કી જ કર્યું હતું કે જો નોકરી મળે તો બંને સાથે જશું બાકી એકલું નથી જવું અને એ સાહેબ ને ખબર પડી ગઈ હતી.એટલે ધીરુ સાહેબે બન્નેને સાથે રહેવાની અને સાથે નોકરી કરવાની એક તક આપી . હું અને સુનીલ બંને ૨૪/૭/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ સાંજે ટ્રકમાં બેસી ડભોઈ જવા માટે નીકળ્યા.ડભોઈ સૌપ્રથમ મેહુલ ભાઈ અમને લેવા માટે આવ્યા. તેમણે અમને જમાડ્યા પછી પ્રોગ્રામ વીશે સમજાવ્યું .ત્યાર બાદ ત્યાંથી મંડાળા જવા માટે નીકળ્યા. અને પાર્થના ઘરે એક રાત માટે રહ્યા. બીજા દિવસે ઘર પસંદ કરીને ત્યાં રહી કામ ચાલું કર્યું હતું . પહેલા મને કપાસ વીશે બહુ જ્ઞાન ન હતું પરંતુ મેહુલ ભાઈના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ કામ ચાલું કર્યું હતું . હું સપોર્ટ માટે લેવાયેલો હત્તો એટલા માટે બંને પ્રોગ્રામમાં કામ કરવું પડતું હતું, જેમાં (૧) માર્ક અને(૨) પિવીએસ. ત્યારબાદ કલાઈમેંટ ચેન્જનો મહિલા પ્રોગ્રામ શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યો. તેના પર મને કામગીરી કરવા માટે કહેવામાં આવ્યું. હાલમાં MARK પ્રોજેક્ટમાં કામગીરી કરું છું. મને મંડાળાં ગામમાં એટલો પ્રેમ મળ્યો કે મને ક્યારેય પણ મારું વતન યાદ નથી આવતું. અને આ વિસ્તાર બહુ જ પૈસાદાર ખેડૂતો હોવાથી તે પોતાની જમીનમાં મજૂર દ્રારા જ કામ કરાવે છે . અહીં ની મહિલા ખેડૂત ખેતર માં કામ કરવા જતી નથી. અમે બહેનો ને પૂછ્યું કે તમે કેમ ખેતર પર નહિ જતા, તો તેઓ સામે એવો જવાબ આપ્યો કે અમારે જવું હોય તો પણ ન જઇ શકીએ, ગામ ના લોકો અમારા ઉપર હસે છે.અમે તો અમારું ખેતર પણ નથી જોયું કે તે કઈ બાજુ આવ્યું છે!
મને REEl પ્રોજેક્ટમાં જોડાઇ ને ઘણું બધું શીખવા અને જાણવા મળ્યું. વડોદરા જિલ્લાના વિસ્તારમાં કપાસ,દિવેલા,નીલગીરી ,શેરડી અને વેલા વાળા શાકભાજીનું વાવેતર થાય છે. અહીયાના ખેડુતો આખા વર્ષ દરમિયાન એક જ પાકનું વાવેતર કરે છે.રાસાયણિક ખાતર અને દવાનો ઉપયોગ બહોળા પ્રમાણમાં કરે છે. અહીના ખેડૂતો પાસે પશુધન ખૂબ જ ઓછું છે, માટે તે પોતાના ખેતરમાં છાણીયા ખાતરનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકતા નથી.પરંતુ અહીના મજૂર પાસે પશુધન છે. આ વિસ્તારના ખેડૂતો ચોમાસા દરમિયાન પોતાના ખેતર પર જઈ નથી શકતા કેમ કે અહીના વિસ્તારમાં રેચક અને ચીકણી જમીન હોવાથી રસ્તા પણ ખરાબ છે.
તારીખ ૨૧/૭/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ અમે આપણી સંસ્થા હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ અને શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા વાર્ષિક મિલનનું આયોજન કરેલું હતું. આ કાર્યક્રમ માટે અમે વડોદરાથી નીકળ્યા હતા. આ તારીખ મારા માટે એક નસીબની તારીખ છે કેમ હું ઈન્ટરવ્યુ માટે પણ એ જ તારીખ પર સંસ્થાની ઓફીસ પર આવ્યો અને વાર્ષિક મિલનમાં પણ એ જ તારીખે આવેલો ત્યારે મને ખૂબ ખુશી થઈ હતી. વાર્ષિક સંમેલનમાં આવી અને મને સંસ્થા દ્વારા ચાલતા જુદા જુદા પ્રોજેક્ટ વિશે અને તેની કામગીરી વિશે જાણવા મળ્યું હતું .સંસ્થામાં કામ કરતા કાર્યકર્તા ભાઈ અને બહેન સાથે મુલાકાત થઇ હતી. વાર્ષિક સંમેલનમાં રાસાયણિક દવાના છંટકાવથી થતું નુકશાન વિશે એક નાટકનું આયોજન પણ કરેલું હતું. તેમાં મે ભાગ લીધો હતો અને મે ખેડૂતનો રોલ ભજવ્યો હતો. મને ખુબ ખુશી થઇ હતી . તારીખ ૨૫/૭/૨૦૨૩એ મારું સંસ્થામાં એક વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયુ છે. મને મારા માતા પિતાના વારંવાર ફોન કરી ને કહે છે કે તું ખૂબ જ દૂર છે,અને એકલો માટે ઘરે આવી જા. પરંતુ મને આપણી સંસ્થા છોડીને જવાનું મન નથી થતુ.
હાલ આ સંસ્થામાં મને સેવા લક્ષી કામ કરવાની તક આપવા બદલ હું સંસ્થાના ડાયરેક્ટ શ્રી ધીરુભાઈ વાગડીયા અને કાર્યકર્તાઓનો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર માનુ છુ.

Under the Gender Education Foundation program, module six was conducted today in old Ugla village. Participating boys presented details of module five recap shared what they had learned with family and friends.
Module six took up “Gender and Equality,” in which participants were asked questions on gender equality and given examples of gender-related differences between men and women.
The audience was sold into two teams and you key in one sentence I'm glad I'm a boy because and the other sentence if I'm a girl, two such groups were made and the activity was conducted.
Games related to this session were played and invited to the next module seven.

With the beginning of my two months social internship in June, I was a little worried about it’s completion due to the online volunteering. But with the passing time, all of my worries vanished. It was all thanks to the members of this trust. They are very friendly and made all of their efforts to help us settle in and cruise through our internship smoothly. They were open and supportive of our thoughts, doubts, and overall understanding of the programmes run by the trust. This was an amazing journey for me and helped me to look at the world in a different way. It taught me several values like empathy, compassion, and benevolence. Hariraj Charitable Trust is known as 'HARIRAJ' in the area of Amreli Gujarat. This organization is working for health, education and agriculture sectors. Since 2006, I have been in contact with this organization and familiar with activities carried out by the organization.
I liked all the activities because of their unique implementation and beneficiaries centered.
CLA - Center for Learning Assistant is a program designed by organization for children who are low learners. The team of the organization provided education support with well-designed weekly planning. Facilitators taught Maths and language to children with various activities. I, myself volunteer to design the program. One can visit the center of CLA and find how facilitators are working with children.

It's program of Gender equalitable boys works with boys of 14-17 years to create a society without gender biases. It's outcomes are amazing. I get great experience during internship at Hariraj Charitable Trust. One of my precious experiences of life. I enjoyed each and every day out there. Staff is more supportive than anyone can think. They have quite problem in donations but still the outcome is unbelievable. They covers most of the area of problems in rural life. I enjoyed each and every visit right there. I feel that this organisation is really working a lot for such needy persons, and i would really like appreciate them a lot. I also like to help such peoples.

The first step in the social sphere
My name is Saloni Rathod. My village is Chandwana, Taluka Mangrol, District Junagadh. I have 6 members in my family. I am a BRS. Completed in 2019. I have loved helping others since I was a child.
During the study, I came to know about the social upliftment work done by the organizations working in the social field. In the first year of college, NSS camp In Loej, in the second year, farmer's camp In Ahmedabad and in the third year, Kendra Niwas was conducted in Aga Khan-Mangrol. So I got to know a little bit. When after completing my studies, due to my eagerness and hobby to work in the social field, I started trying to join organizations working in that field ...
Thus, during the effort I was informed about SSKK- Shikshan ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra (Education and Social Welfare Center) and about the role of field facilitator in the program running in it, I sent my curriculum vitae. An online interview was conducted in August 2021 by Dhiraj Vagadia and PU manager Pravin Jalandhara. Knowing my proper information gave me an excellent opportunity to work in the organization.
That's when I started working in the social sphere. My SSKK continued to play a role as FF in the BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) program at this organization. I developed an understanding of the scope, purpose, etc. of the organization. Then my place of appointment in BCI program: Cluster Office TMB-PUINGJ14 and tried to know the objectives of BCI program.
Different programs are running in the organization.
1. Training and Education (Gender, Child Care, Education, Self-Employment, Microfinance, Skill Development)
2. Health and environment (health awareness, conservation of natural resources)
3. Growth of Agricultural and Disaster risks
All these programs are run by SSKK and Hariraj Charitable Trust. Which works the following 9 clusters.
1. INGJ14 Timbi, 2. INGJ27 Dhokdava, 2. INGJ45 Chital, 2. INGJ46 Khambha Khambha, 2. INGJ48 lathi, 2. Mandala (Vadodara), 2. LAMP Babra, 2. GEB Khambha, 2. CLA Amreli
All these clusters have programs like Agriculture Extension Service, BCI, RELL, Lamp, Gender, Center for Learning Assistant etc ... And Organization, FPO is also working by the organization. 1. JAPCO - Timbi, 2. Sorath - Dhokdava, 2. Avirat - Khambha.
I have been working in the BCI program for the last 9 months. The entire program is run by 7 principals, 29 criteria, 86 indicators (44 improvements and 42 cores).
Thus, after I got the understanding about the organization and program, the field area 4 villages (Kakidi Moli, Moti Moli, Naliyeri Moli and Sondardi) were handed over to me. There were some difficulties in the beginning. Because the area was unfamiliar to me. So it was not convenient to work. But as I got acquainted with the farmer, he became interested in my work and my work became easier.
Right now, if any task is assigned to me, I will complete it accurately and in due time. This month my colleague Manisha has started a learning center to help disadvantaged children in their learning process. In it I play the role of assistant.
Thus, the beginnings and current working methods, understanding and working skills have improved a lot. I tried to write my goal statement and also did a training so that the team members could get help to write it. With the help of family, I have chosen my spouse. Shortly after joining this organization, I have undergone an unprecedented change. I am grateful to all my colleagues in the organization for that.

I had the opportunity to attend one of Hariraj's workshops. The workshop was organized by a volunteer affiliated with the Center for Learning Assistance run by the organization. When I joined, I realized that we can be very helpful in the learning process of children.
In this workshop I did exercises on logical framework as well as mission model.
I am grateful to the organization for inviting me to participate in this workshop.
The first training at the beginning of my work
I completed BRS from Sharda gram Mangrol in the year 2020 with the main subject extension. Joined the Timbi cluster of the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra in August 2021. From 9/8/2021 to 14/8/2021, training was conducted in the Amreli office of the institute in which an attempt was made to know about the programs of the institute like Gender, Training, Education, Health, Environment, Agriculture and Disaster Risk.
I came to know that the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra was set up in 1980 by a group of dedicated youth volunteers who were economically weak due to inadequate livelihoods in the farming business due to water scarcity due to frequent droughts. This was done to provide alternative livelihood choices for the healthy lives of young migrant women and children.
Ms Shraddha Kathiriya spoke about the "Gender Equitable Boys" program, which is run in collaboration with the Hariraj Charitable Trust and with the educational support of the Equal Community Foundation (ECF). Currently, the first round of the foundation course of gender education with boys and the second round of Action for Equality for implementation and leadership of this education are going on. 15 sessions are taken in both the courses. Gained knowledge of the subjects being taught in each session.
Mr Arjun Zanjrukia provided information on Childline 1098. It is run in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Children of the Government of India and the Childline India Foundation. The Toll-Free Helpline for the Rights, Care and Protection of Children started on 14th August 2019. In which information about the services provided to the children was found.
Dental Health Awareness, Centre for Learning Assistance, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Teach for Girls, Lamp (Learning and Migration Program), Agricultural Insurance Schemes, Various Training, Student Placement (Kendranivas, Field Work, Village Field Segment) Become aware of the ongoing work for.
Mr Dhirubhai, the director of the institute, conducted a process for SWOT analysis in which an exercise was done to identify our characteristics and skills. Characteristics Curiosity means the desire to know e.g. newspapers, current affairs etc. Imagination means the act of worshipping a new thought or image is called imagination. Receptivity means learning about skills in social work with acceptance. From this, I became clear about identifying my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and fears (threats/challenges).
Pages 4 and 5 of the organization's monthly magazine “TAPAK July 2021” were a slogan. The only motto I could remember from the whole booklet was "Win-win, lose-win, Win-lose and lose-lose". Dhirubhai tried to make sense by giving a few examples of paradigms but there is still more to learn.
There was also an opportunity to sit in the core group meeting of senior members of the organization. In which issues of the management process of the organization were discussed. Understood the process of making collective decisions through discussion. All the activities of the organization were discussed in this meeting and what I had learned was repeated.
Information about the project I work on I got from the project manager and project team shared it with other project staff here. Missing details were obtained. As LG tried to easily understand the principles and standards of BCI in addition to meeting skills, talking to farmers, and consulting with schools/institutions/government offices and stakeholders.
During my stay in the Amreli office of the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra for six days, I will apply what I have learned in my field as well as in my life.

હું છેલ્લા ચાર વર્ષ થી શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયેલ છું જેમાં જુલાઈ મહિનાથી હરીરાજ્ ચેરીટેબલ સંસ્થા દ્વારા જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ માં હું જોડાયેલ જેમાં 13 થી 17 વર્ષ ના બાળકો સાથે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ માં 15 મોડયુલ પૂર્ણ કરવામા આવ્યા જેમાં મને બાળકો પાસેથી ઘણું શીખવા મળેલ તેમજ સંસ્થા પાસેથી ઘણું નવું શીખવા મળ્યું અને નવા નવા અનુભવો થયા અને બાળકો નો તેમજ તેમના વાલી ઓનો તેમજ શિક્ષકો તેમજ સંસ્થા ના કાર્યકર્તા ઓનો મને ખૂબ જ્ સારો સપોર્ટ મળ્યો હતો જેનો હું દિલથી આભાર વ્યક્ત કરું છું .

છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષ દરમિયાન SSKK સંસ્થામાં હું ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલેટર તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા મને હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ માં ૨ વર્ષ થી જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પોગ્રામ માં મને ૧૩ થી ૧૭ વર્ષ ના બાળકો સાથે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પોગ્રામ તેમજ એક્શન ફોર ઈકવાલીટી પોગ્રામ કરવાનો મોકો આપ્યો તેમજ ઘણા બધા બાળકો સાથે સારા અનુભવો થયા છે અને ઘણું બધું બાળકો તેમજ સંસ્થા માસેથી શીખવા મળ્યું છે તેમજ સંસ્થા એ બનાવેલી પોલિસી મુજબ મારી કામગીરી માં ઘણો બધો સારો સુધારો થયેલો છે તેમજ ખાંભા અને ચકરાવા ગામે બાળકો સાથે જેન્ડર એકશન ફોર ઇકવાલીટી ક્લાસ શરુ કર્યા તે સમય દરમિયાન કિશોરો સાથે કામ કરવાની અને તેઓને કઈક નવું શીખવવાનું અમને ખૂબ આનંદ થયો. હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા બાળકો ને સમાજ માં કેવી રીતે રહેવું લોકો સાથે કેવી સારી રીતે વ્યહાર કરવો કેવી રીતે પોતાની વાત રજૂ કરવી અને તેમાં આવતી તમામ સમસ્યાઓને કેવી રીતે સહેલાઇથી હલ કરવી તેવી ઘણી બધી સારી શીખ કિશોરોએ મેળવી તેથી અમો તમામ કાર્યકર્તાઓ ખુબજ ખુશ છીએ. જોકે ગામડાના લોકો આ કાર્યક્રમને સંવેદનશીલ માને છે પણ સમજદાર લૉકો આં કાર્યક્રમથી ખૂબ ખુશ થયા છે માટે કાર્યક્ર્મ પુર્ણ કર્યા બાદ કિશોરો સમસ્યાઓનું નિરાકરણ કરતાં શીખ્યા તેનો અમને ખૂબ આનંદ મળ્યો.આશા રાખું છું કે હાલ હું જે કઈ સંસ્થા પાસે થી શીખી છું તે તમામ સારા કાર્ય હું સમાજ સુધી પહોંચાડીશ ..

_નાની બાળાઓની વ્યથા _
અમારાથી બહાર એકલું જવાતુ નથી,
ઘરમાંને ઘરમા મન લાગતું નથી,
કોઈને મનની વાત કહેવાતી નથી,
મનથી જેમ રહેવું હોઈ તેમ રહેવાતુ નથી,
સ્કુલમાં આવતાં જતાં બહેન પણીઓ સાથે રમત ગમત કરતાં કરતા જવાતું નથી,
બહેનપણીને મુક્ત પણે મળવા એકલું જવાતું નથી,
બહેન પાણીઓને છૂટથી રૂબરૂ મળવા જવાતું નથી,
વિડીયોકોલમાં બહેન પણી સાથે વાત કરાતી નથી,
એકલી એકલી બહેન પણીઓને સાથે ફરવા જવાતું નથી,
અમારાથી ખોટું સહન થતુ નથી,
કોઈપણને સાચું કહેવાતુ નથી,
અમારા અધૂરા કામ પૂર્ણ થતા નથી,
નવા કામ શરૂ કરવા સમય મળતો નથી,
ઘરમાં બગીચા જેવુ વાતાવરણ બનતું નથી,
ભાઇના હાથે બનાવેલી મેગી વખાણ્ કર્યાં વગર ખવાતી નથી,
ઉચા અવાજે કોઈ પણ વાત બોલાતી નથી,
અમારી વાત ગંભીરતાથી કોઈ સાંભળતું નથી,
અમારાથી મુક્ત પણે ખડખડાટ હસાતુ નથી,
આંખમાં આંસું લાવીને રડાતું નથી,
મનમાંને મનમાં પણ રડાતુ નથી,
ઘરના વડીલોને અમુક વાતો કહેવાતી નથી,
ઘરની સરકાર અમારા મનની વાત સમજતી નથી,
અમને દીકરીઓને પારકા મૂછાળા મર્દથી આપેલો ડર અમારાથી સહન થતો નથી,
એ વહેમમાથી બહાર અવાતુ નથી.
ઉપર મુજબ લખાણને મિત્રો કાવ્ય કે કવિતા નહિ સમજતા એ અમને જે જાણવા મળ્યું એ હાલમાં રૂઢિચુસ્ત પરિવારોમાં જન્મેલી બાળાઓની વ્યથા છે.અમોને મળેલી કિશોરીઓની વ્યથાનું ટુંકમાં વર્ણન કર્યું છે આપ સર્વો મીત્રો વિસ્તારથી સમજી શકશો તેવી આશા રાખું છુ. અને બાળાઓની આ વ્યથાઓને એકશન ફોર ઇકવાલીટીના કાર્યક્રમના કિશોરોજ તેમની દુઃખ ભરી વાતોને ન્યાય અપાવશે. અને આપવી પણ રહ્યાં છે, અને બાળાઓની સમસ્યાઓ ગામના મોભી વ્યક્તિઓએ પણ સાંભળી અને તે સમસ્યાઓને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને ગામના વડીલો એ પણ કિશોરોને પૂરી રીત સાથ સહકાર આપ્યો અને હાલ પણ આપી રહ્યાં છે, હાલ કિશોરો બાળાઓની ઘરે ઘરે જઈ અને બાળાઓના વાલીને મળી રહ્યાં છે જેથી ગામના લોકો પણ હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટનો સાભાર માની રહ્યાં છે, અને ગામના મોભી વ્યક્તિઓએ પણ હરીરાજ ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ નો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરતાં જણાવ્યુ કે સંસ્થા દ્વારા જેન્ડર બોયઝ ઇકવાલીટી કાર્યક્ર્મ અમારા ગામમાં શરુ કર્યો તે અમારી ગામની તમામ દીકરીઓ અને મહીલાઓ અને ગામના તમામ લોકો માટે આશીર્વાદ રૂપ સાબિત થયો છે, કારણકે હાલ આ કાર્યક્રમ થકી જે કિશોરને શીખવા મળ્યું છે તેવું શીક્ષણ અમો વાલીઓ પણ અમારા બાળકોને આપી નથી શકતા, અને જુથ ચર્ચામાં જોડાયેલી બાળાઓ પાસેથી જાણવા મળ્યું કે હાલ અમારી જે સમસ્યાઓ હતી તે સમસ્યાઓ અમે અમારા વાલીઓને પણ નોતા કરી શકતાં પણ આપનાં કાર્યક્રમ થકી અમે અમારા મનને મુંજવતી અમારી તમામ સમસ્યાઓ અમે કિશોરો સાથે વ્યક્ત કરિ શક્યા અને તમામ ગામના કિશોરોએ અમારી ઘણી બધી સમસ્યાઓનું નિરાકરણ ક્ર્યુ છે તેથી અમો તમામ ગામની બાળાઓ હરીરાજ ચેરી ટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટના ખૂબ આભારી છીએ અને હમેશા રહેશું કે અમારા નાનનકડા ગમમાં આવો સરસ કાર્યક્ર્મ શરુ કર્યો.........

ગયા વર્ષે 2020માં ભાચા ગામે અમે 20 બાળકો સાથે જેન્ડર ક્લાસ શરૂ કર્યા હતા. બાળકો સાથે કામ કરવાની અને તેને નવું શીખવવાનું આનંદ છે. આ સંસ્થા દ્વારા બાળકો ને સમાજ માં કેવી રીતે રહેવું અને તેમાં આવતી મુશ્કેલીઓ ને કેવી રીતે હલ કરવું તેવી સારી શીખ મળે છે. આ પ્રવૃત્તિ માં બાળકો પણ સારી રીતે શીખે છે.

Very much humbled and grateful towards the work undertaken by the organization. The outreach and depth of grassroot level work being done is very inspirational. We as volunteers would join for a short duration but the core team lives with the spirit of uplifting the society, works with focus, grit, dedication, patience and perseverance. Their service to nation is a noble work and cant thank them enough for what they are doing.

They are working very effectively on the issues like Health, Education, and Women empowerment, Self Help Groups, Agriculture and Environment. They always focus on to provide education and health to youth of unorganized sector, women, children and economically deprived community. ગત વર્ષ ૨૦૨૦ સપ્ટેમ્બર, ઓક્ટોમ્બર મહિનામાં હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ અમરેલી દ્વારા ખાંભા તાલુકાના ખાંભા અને ચકરાવા ગામે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ ચાલું કરવા હુ સૌથી પહેલા શાળાના પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રીને મળ્યો અને તેઓને જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ વિશે અને પંદર મોડ્યુલના વિષયો સમજાવ્યા તેઓ વિષયો જોઈ અને ખૂબ ખુશ થયાં અને મને કહ્યુ કે દિલીપભાઈ તમારી હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ સંસ્થા ખૂબજ ઉમદા કાર્ય કરવા જઈ રહી છે તેનાંથી અમો સ્કુલનો સ્ટાફ ખૂબજ ખુશ છીયે પણ હાલ કોવિડ-૧૯ ની ખૂબજ મહામારી છે એટલે અમો સ્કૂલ તરફથી તમોને મંજુરી નહિ આપી શકીએ અમો ખૂબજ દિલગીર છીયે, ત્યારબાદ મે શાળાના પ્રિન્સિપાલશ્રી ને ખૂબ વિસ્તાર પૂર્વક વાત કરી કે સાહેબ હું જાણું છુ કે તમારે સરકારશ્રીની ગાઈડ લાઈનનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે માટે હું સ્કુલના ગ્રાઉન્ડમાં કિશોરોને નહિ બોલવું પણ સરપંચશ્રીને મળીને ગામમાં કોઈ પણ બીજું સ્થળ નક્કી કરી અને કિશોરોને ત્યા જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ ના કલાસ શરૂ કરીશ, તો પ્રિન્સીપાલ શ્રી એ જણાવ્યું કે ભલે દિલીપભાઈ પણ તમે ગામના કિશોરો સાથે કઈક નવું કાર્ય કરવા જઈ રહ્યા છો તો તમારું અને કિશોરોનુ કોવીડ-૧૯ થી ઘ્યાન રાખજો , અને કહો કે અમો સ્કૂલનો સ્ટાફગણ તમારી બીજી શુ મદદ કરિ શકીએ ? તો મે શાળાના પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રી ને જણાવ્યું કે મારે કુલ ૧૩ થી ૧૭ વર્ષનાં કુલ ૨૦ કિશોરોનુ લીસ્ટ જોઈએ છે ત્યારબાદ શાળાના પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રી એ મને કુલ ૨૦ કિશોરોનુ લીસ્ટ બનાવીને આપ્યું, ત્યારબાદ શાળાના પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રી એ મને પૂછ્યું કે તમે હવે આ કિશોરોને તમારા કલાસમાં આવવા કઇ રિતે રાજી કરશો ? તમારો આગળનો પ્લાન શું છે ? જણાવશો ? તો મે પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રી ને મે જણાવ્યું કે હું સોવથી પહેલા ગામના સરપંચશ્રી ને મળીશ અને તેમને ગામમા જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ વિશે પૂરી જાણકારી આપીશ અને પછી હું અને સરપંચશ્રી કલાસ કંઇ જગ્યાએ શરૃ કરવા અને કિશોરોને કલાસમાં લાવવા કંઇ રિતે રાજી કરવા અને કિશોરીના વાલીઓને કંઇ રિતે મનાવવા તે અંગે ચર્ચા કરીશું, તો શાળાના પ્રિન્સીપાલશ્રી એ મને કહ્યુ બેસ્ટ ઓફ લક દિલીપભાઈ,
ત્યારબાદ સ્કૂલ માથી કિશોરોનું લીસ્ટ લઇ અને હુ ગામના સરપંચ શ્રીને મળ્યો અને સરપંચશ્રી ને ઉપર મુજબ મે તમામ વાત કરી તો સરપંચશ્રી એ પણ કહ્યુ કે ગામમા જેન્ડર વિષય પર ક્યારેય મે મારા ગામમાં ચર્ચા થતી હોય તે મે સાંભળ્યું પણ નથી અને તમે હરીરાજ સંસ્થા તરફથી જે કિશોરોને શિક્ષણ આપવા જઈ રહ્યા છો તે અમારા ગામના તમામ બાળકો માટે ખૂબ પ્રેરણા રૂપ બની શ્કે, પણ હાલ કોવિડ-૧૯ ની મહામારી છે હુ તો મારા બાળક ને તમારા કલાસમાં મોકલીશ પણ બીજા વાલીઓ મોકલશે તેમની હુ કોઈ ગેરંટી નો આપી શકું તો મે સરપંચશ્રી ને વાત કરી કે સરપંચશ્રી તમે તમારા બાળકને અમારા જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન કલાસમાં આવવા દેવા મંજુરી આપી એ મારા માટે ખૂબ મોટી વાત છે ત્યારબાદ મે સરપંચશ્રીના બાળકનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ભર્યું. અને અને ફોર્મમાં સરપંચશ્રીની મંજુરી લીઘી. ત્યારબાદ મે સરપંચશ્રી ને વાત કરી કે સરપંચ તમે ફોર્મ વાંચી ને તમારી સહી કરી છે શુ બીજા કિશોરીના વાલીઓ આ રીતે અમોને મંજુરી આપશે ? તો સરપંચશ્રીએ કહ્યુ કે તમે બીજા કિશોરોના વાલીને મળો અને તેમને પૂરી વાત કરો અને મંજુરી આપવામા કોઈ હાં ના કરે તો તેમનેસમજાવજૉ કે તમારું બાળક અમારા ક્લાસમા આવીને કઈક નવુ શીખશે અને કહેજો કે સરપંચશ્રીએ તેમના બાળક ને ક્લાસમા આવવા માટે મંજુરી આપી છે પછી બીજા કિશોરરોના વાલીઓને મંજુર હશે તો મંજુરી આપશે તેમા આપણે તેઓને ફરજ ના પાડી શકીએ, ત્યારબાદ સરપંચશ્રીના બાળક નુ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરિ અને વિચારવા લાગ્યો કે શું થશે ? બીજા ગામમા કિશોરના વાલીઓ મંજુરી આપશે કે કેમ ? કલાસ શરૂ થઈ શકશે કે કેમ ? થોડું નેગેટિવ વિચારવા લાગ્યો, થોડો સમય બેસી વિચારતો હતો કે કેમ કરવુ ? શુ કરવુ ? પછી મને શાહરૂખખાનનો એક ડાયલોગ યાદ આવ્યો કે કોઈ ભી ચીજ અગર પુરે દિલસે ચાહો તો પૂરી કાયનાત ભી ઉસે આપકો મિલાલેમે મદદ મે જુડ જાતિ હે ! ત્યાર બાદ ગામમા બીજા કિશોરોના ઘરે ગયો, અને તેમના વાલીને જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ નો હેતુ સમજાવ્યો અને સાથે બેઠેલા તેમના બાળકે પણ સાંભળ્યું તો બાળક ના વાલી કોવિડ ને લઇ વિચારતા હતા પણ પછી મે તે કિશોર ના વાલીને કહ્યુ કે મારે દર અઠવાડિયે બે કલાક તમારા બાળક નો સમય જોઈએ છે અને તમારું બાળક ક્લાસમા આવશે ત્યારે બે કલાક હુ જ તેમનું ઘ્યાન રાખીશ તમે ચિંતા નો કરો અને તમારું બાળક પંદર વીક જેન્ડર ક્લાસમા આવશે તો ઘણું બધું અમારી સંસ્થા તરફથી સારૂ શીક્ષણ મેળવશે અને અમારી હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ હાલ જેન્ડર વિશય પર જે કિશોરોને શિક્ષણ આપે છે તે શિક્ષણ અત્યારે બાળકને શાળા કક્ષાએ પણ નથી મળતું આ સાંભળી બાળક અને બાળકના માતા પિતા ખૂબજ ખુશ થયા અને કિશોરને ક્લાસમા આવવાની મંજુરી આપી, આવિ રિતે મે કુલ ૨૦ કિશોરના વાલીને સમજાવી અને ૨૦ કિશોરીના વાલીની મંજુરી લીઘી.
ત્યાર બાદ ૧૬ ઓક્ટોમ્બર ૨૦૨૦ થી મે ચકરાવા અને ખાંભા ગામે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામની શરૂઆત કરી અને પંદર મોડ્યુલ દરમિયાન કિશોરો સાથે રહીને તેમને નવી નવી પ્રવૃતિઓ કરતાં શીખવી અને મને પણ કિશોરો પાસેથી ઘણું બધું સારૂ શીખવા મળ્યું, પંદર મોડ્યુલ દરમિયાન હુ બે કિશોરીના ધરે જઈ અને તેમના વાલીને મળ્યો અને મે તેમના વાલીને પૂછ્યું કે તમારું બાળક દર અઠવાડિયે અમારી પાસે આવે છે તો તમે ક્યારેય તમારા બાળકને પૂછ્યું છે કે તને પેલા હરીરાજ સંસ્થા માથી આવતાં કાર્યકર્તાઓ પાસેથી શુ શીખવા મળ્યું છે ?
તો વાલીઓ જવાબમા કહ્યું કે તમે જે હિંસા વીશે બાળકને સમજાઓ છૉ તે ખુબજ સારી બાબત છે કારણકે આ ઉંમરમાં આવડું બાળક આવિ બાબતો નો સમજતું હોય પણ તમે એમને નાની નાની બાબતોની શીખ આંપી એ અમોને ખૂબ ગમ્યું. આ વાત વાલીની સાંભળી અને મને ખૂબ ખુશી મળી કે જેન્ડર મોડ્યુલ ચાલું કર્યાં બાદ આ નાનકડો બદલાવ મને જોવા મળ્યો,
આમ એક થી પંદર જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામના પંદર મોડ્યુલ પુરા કરતાં ઘણી નાની મોટી મુશ્કેલીઓ આવી પણ કહેવાય છે ને કે નાના કામને કોઈ દીવસ નાનું નો માનવું અને મોટાં કામને કોઈ દીવસ મોટું નો માનવું બસ ધ્યેય સુઘી વળગી રહેવું ઍટલે કોઈ પણ કામ પૂર્ણ થઈ જાય.
આમ બન્ને ગામોમાં ૨૪ જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ અમો એ ખાંભા અને ચકરાવા ગામે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ પૂર્ણ કર્યો.
અને પંદર મોડ્યુલ પૂર્ણ કર્યા બાદ ઘણા કિશોરોના વાલીઓનો સપર્ક થયો તો મે તેઓને પૂછ્યું કે તમારો પુત્ર પંદર વીક સુઘી અમારી પાસે બે કલાક જેન્ડર કાર્યક્રમમાં આવતો તો શું ? તેમનામાં કોઈ બદલાવ જોવા મળ્યો છે ? તો જવાબમાં ઘણા કિશોરીના વલીઓ પાસેથી જાણવા મળ્યું કે આપની હરીરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ સંસ્થા તરફથી અને આપની પાસેથી અમારા બાળકો ખૂબ સારૂ શીખ્યા છે અને ઘરમાં પણ ખૂબ સરું વર્તન કરે છે માટે આપનો અને આપની સંસ્થાનો ખૂબ ખુબ આભર.
બસ આમ કોવિડ-૧૯ ની મહામારી વચ્ચે અમે બન્ને ગામોમાં જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પ્રોગ્રામ ના પંદર મોડ્યુલ પૂર્ણ કર્યાં.

હરીરાજ ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ મા અમને જેન્ડર ઈકવાલીટી ના કાર્યક્રમના માધ્યમથી બાળકોને સામાજિક સમાનતાઓ નું સારું શિક્ષણ પૂરું પાડવાનો મોકો મળ્યો એ બદલ સંસ્થાના ડાયરેક્ટર શ્રી ધીરુભાઈ વાગડિયા સાહેબ ના આભારી છીએ. અને આ કાર્યક્રમમાં વધારે સુગમ બનાવવા તત્પર રહીશું.
હું આ સંસ્થામાં સેન્ટર ફોર લર્નિંગ આસિસ્ટન્ટ માં કામ કરૂં છું જેનો મને આનંદ છે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માં બાળકો સાથે કામ કરવાનું હોવાથી આનંદ આવે છે તેથી આ સંસ્થામા કામ કરવું મને ગમશે અને આગળ પણ પ્રવૃતિમય કાર્ય કરતી રહીશ.

હું આ સંસ્થા સાથે અઢી વર્ષ થી જોડાયેલી છું મને આ સંસ્થા દ્વારા ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું છે અને મારું એક સ્વપ્ન હતું કે મારે બાળકો સાથે કામ કરવું છે જે આ સંસ્થા દ્વારા પુરુ કરી શકી છું અને બાળકો સાથે કેવી રીતે કામ કરવું બાળકોને કેવું વાતાવરણ આપે યે તો બાળકોને ખૂબ મજા આવે અને શીખી શકે તેના દ્વારા આપણે શીખવા મળે અને સંસ્થામાં એક ખુબજ છે અને આપણે કોઈ મુશ્કેલી હોય તો ખાસ કરીને ધીરુ સર ગોવર્ધનભાઈ હાર્દિકભાઈ અને અન્ય સ્ટાફ દ્વારા પણ માર્ગદર્શન મળી રહે છે અને આ સંસ્થા ના સપોર્ટ થી હું મારા કાર્ય વિસ્તાર માં સારી રીતે કામ કરી રહી છું અને આથી મારા માં રહેલું શિક્ષણ ને હું બાળકો સુધી પહોંચાડી રહી છું અને આથી હું સંસ્થાનો ખૂબ આભારી છું જેમ ને અમારા ગામમાં લેબની સ્થાપના કરી એનાથી બાળકો સરળ રીતે શીખે એવી સંસ્થા કામ કરે છે જેથી હું અને શ્રી કોવાયા પ્રાથમિક શાળા તેમના ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર માને છે મને આ કામગીરી કરવાથી ઘણો આનંદ આવે છે.

છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષ દરમિયાન SSKK સંસ્થામાં હું ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલેટર તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા મને હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ માં ૨ વર્ષ થી જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પોગ્રામ માં મને ૧૩ થી ૧૭ વર્ષ ના બાળકો સાથે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન પોગ્રામ તેમજ એક્શન ફોર ઈકવાલીટી પોગ્રામ કરવાનો મોકો આપ્યો તેમજ ઘણા બધા બાળકો સાથે સારા અનુભવો થયા છે અને ઘણું બધું બાળકો તેમજ સંસ્થા માસેથી શીખવા મળ્યું છે તેમજ સંસ્થા એ બનાવેલી પોલિસી મુજબ મારી કામગીરી માં ઘણો બધો સારો સુધારો થયેલો છે આશા રાખું છું કે હાલ હું જે કઈ સંસ્થા પાસે થી શીખી છું તે તમામ સારા કાર્ય હું સમાજ સુધી પહોંચાડીશ ..
હરિરાજ ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા બાળકોના શિક્ષણના સ્તરને સુધારવા માટેનો પ્રોજેક્ટ એટલે CLA(Center of Learning Assistant. આ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં હું Desember 2020 દરમિયાન volunteer તરીકે જોડાઈ હતી. આ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં હું મારુ ગામ મોટામાચિયાળા માં CLA નો હાલ ક્લાસ ચલાવી રહી છું. આ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં બાળકોને શિક્ષણ પ્રત્યે કેવી રીતે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા તે મુખ્ય હેતુ છે.શિક્ષણ પ્રત્યે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા અને રમત ગમત સાથે તેને જ્ઞાન પુરું પાડવું એ મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ છે.
આ ક્લાસ દરમિયાન બાળકોને શીખવામાં અને શીખવવામાં ખૂબ મજા આવે છે. બાળકોના શિક્ષણની પાયાની બાબતો ની સાથે તેનામાં રહેલી અનેક આવડતનો વિકાસ કરવામાં આવે છે. મારા ક્લાસ માં કુલ 15 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હતા જેમાંથી મે 14 વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પૂરેપૂરું વાંચન ગણન લેખન શીખવેલા હતું. જે બાળકોએ રમતા રમતા શીખેલ હતું. બાળકોને ક્લાસ દરમિયાન શિક્ષણમાં ઉપયોગી થાય તેવી રમત રમાડવી , બાળગીત ગવરાવવુંં, જોક્સ ઉખાણા કહેવા, વાર્તા કહેવી વગેરે બાબતો ક્લાસમાં કરવામાં આવે છે જેથી બાળકોનો વિકાસ થાય અને સાથે સાથે તેને શિક્ષણ પણ મળી શકે.
આ ક્લાસમાં બાળકોને તેમજ કાર્ય કરતા તમામ કાર્યકરોને પણ કાયૅ કરવામાં ખૂબ મજા આવી રહી છે. કોરોના ની વિકટ પરિસ્થિતિ દરમિયાન પણ બાળકોની ઓનલાઇન ના માધ્યમ દ્વારા શિક્ષણ પુરુ પાડવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેથી બાળકોને ઘરે બેઠા શિક્ષણનો લાભ મળી રહે. હાલમાં બધા જ વોલેન્ટિયર્સ ને તાલીમ આપવામાં આવી અને હવે ફરી નવા બાળકો સાથે કાર્ય કરવાનું શરૂ કરેલ છે.
મારા અને આ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં કાયૅ કતૉ તમામ કાર્યકરોના હર હંમેશ બાળકોના શિક્ષણના સ્તરને આગળ વધારવાના અને તેને શિક્ષણ પ્રત્યે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાના પ્રયત્ન રહેશે.

અમરેલી શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર માં હું બે વર્ષ થી ખેડૂતો સાથે BCI પ્રોજેકટ માં ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલીટીટર તરીકે ફરજ બજાવું છું તેમજ તારીખ ૦૧-૦૭-૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ અમરેલી હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા ઉમરીયા ગામે ૧૩ થી ૧૭ વર્ષ ના યુવાનો સાથે જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન ઈકવાલીટી બોયઝ પોગ્રામ ચાલુ કરવા માટે ૨૦ યુવાનો તેમજ તેમના માતા પિતાનું સહમતી લેવા માટે સૌ પ્રથમ ઉમરીયા પ્રાથમિક શાળા માં પ્રિન્સિપાલ રંજનસાહેબ સાથે તેમજ પ્રાથમિક શાળા ના સ્ટાફ સાથે મુલાકાત કરી અને અને હરિરાજ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન ઈકવાલીટી બોયઝ પોગ્રામ ચાલુ કરવા માટે માહિતી આપવામાં આવી તેમજ માહિતી આપ્યા બાદ શાળા ના સ્ટાફ બધા બહુ ખુશ થયા નવા કાર્યક્રમ માટે તેમજ શાળા માંથી અમને ૧૩ થી ૧૭ વર્ષ ના બાળકો નું લિસ્ટ આપવા માં આવ્યું તેમજ ધોરણ ૮ ના વિદ્યાર્થી ઉદય અને ઉમંગ ને અમારી સાથે મોકલ્યા તેમજ કોઈ પણ જાત નો સપોર્ટ જોઈ એ તો અમે તમારી સાથે જ છીએ અને સ્ટાફ તરફથી ઘણો સપોર્ટ મળિયો અમે ઉદય અને ઉંમંગ સાથે બે વિભાગ માં સર્વે કર્યો અને બપોર ના ૧૨ વાગ્યા બાદ શિલ્પાબેન , દિલીપભાઈ, અજયભાઈ દ્વારા મને ઘણો બધો સપોર્ટ મળિયો અને અમે ઘરે ઘરે સર્વે ચાલુ કરવામાં આવ્યો તેમજ હું અને શિલ્પા બેન અને ઉદય ૧૦ બાળકો નો તેમજ તેમના વાલી નું સહમતી પત્ર ભરવામાં આવ્યું અને દિલીપભાઈ,અજયભાઈ ,અને ઉંમંગ ૧૦ બાળકો નું સહમતી પત્ર ભરવામાં આવ્યું તેમજ તેમના વાલીઓને જેન્ડર ફાઉન્ડેશન ઈકવાલીટી બોયસ પોગ્રામ વિશે માહિતી આપી અને તેમના વાલી અને બાળકો સાંભળી ને ખુશ થયા અને પોગ્રામ માટે આમંત્રિત કરવામાં આવ્યા તેમજ બાળકોના વાલી એ બાળકો ને પોગ્રામ માં આવવા માટે સહમતી આપવામાં આવી
આમ આ પોગ્રામ મારા માટે નાવોજ હતો પરંતુ સ્ટાફ ના સહયોગ થી પહેલા જ દિવસ ની કામગીરી બહુ સારી રીતે પ્રસાર થઇ અને સ્ટાફ નો હું દિલથી આભાર વ્યક્ત કરું છું...

I work as Volentior with this organisation and learnt very important lessons of social sector like child education awareness, women empowerment, farmer's awareness for organic farming etc. I also could develop my communication skills and development of personality. As a volunteer I am working with this organization, the organization is working for education and health care in the society along with environment preservation, income generation and agricultural development for the most deprived families in the inner part of Saurashtra region of Gujarat state. I have personally witnessed the work of children, farmers, women and health and the environment. The organization is always ready to organize various health programs to control diseases in rural areas and provide better services to the people. The organization has its own projects such as health awareness, education and child rights, conservation of natural resources. The organization is providing its services to the society as per its goals and objectives. I am grateful to the organization for its services in improving the lives of the people of the society.
