Mission: Seeking to put god's love into action, habitat for humanity of dalton brings people together to build homes, communities and hope in whitfield and murray counties in northwest georgia. This is accomplished through providing zero-interest housing loans to people in need.
Programs: Habitat for humanity of dalton - whitfield & murray, inc. Constructs houses for the benefit of lower income families. Eligible familes pay a monthly rent for a sufficent period of time to establish an ability and willingness to pay. The house is then sold to the family at less than market value on a non-interest bearing loan.
