Mission: The grow group is an organization that believes that all people have the right to work. By providing employment services and supported employment to people with disabilities we are able to assist these individuals to obtain meaningful employment and contribute to their community. The mission of The Grow Group is to provide training and meaningful employment opportunities for people from underserved populations while supporting the employers who hire them.
Target demographics: People with disabilities, people of color and other traditionally underserved population with obtaining meaningful employment in their communities.
Geographic areas served: The mission of The Grow Group is to provide training and meaningful employment opportunities for people from underserved populations while supporting the employers who hire them.
Programs: The directors and employment specialists provide employment services, supported employment, on-the-job training, pre-placement employment classes and vocational evaluations for florida's division of vocational rehabilitation. The standard payment structure has been determined by the florida department of vocational rehabiltiation for the grow group and all providers performing these services. The grow group, its directors and employment specialists are paid for each banchmark successfully achieved (performance based pay). The primary expense of the grow group is payment to the directors and independent contractors for these services.
