Mission: To promote cooperation, communication and better understanding among foster parents, foster parent assocaitions, all child caring agencies and community; to cooperate and take necessary actions in improving foster care services; to encourage recruitment and retention of foster parents and others working in the field of foster family care; to inform the membership of this association and others of the general public interested in the field of foster family care of current information pertaining to the well being of all children and in particular children needing foster care services.
