coal plants and promoting clean energy: legal research, preparing and drafting comments, representing environmental groups. Drafting proposed clean energy legislation, commenting on state energy plan. Serving as local counsel for national environmental groups on energy litigation.
supervising environmental law clinic students and working with them on a variety of legal issues such as green infrastructure, the detroit incinerator, stopping aquatic invasive species in the great lakes policy development for wind and solar energy advancement, commenting on various state and federal permits, drafting model ordinances and legislation.
