Mission: Our Mission are to improve opportunities for children, adolescent and caregivers in risky and vulnerable situations through better education/training, health, advocacy, charity, participatory development and good governance. Our work is based on a collective commitment to support the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, Earth Charter International, United Nations Economic and social Council and other partners to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals (– Vision 2030 - ). We therefore have an integrated approach to sustainable community development.

Target demographics: the Environment, the youths, teenage mothers in cameroon
Direct beneficiaries per year: 25 Students comp;lete their Education and 15 teenage mothers take care of their kids

Programs: Global Friendship international (GFI) takes a more holistic approach to provide children with books, didactics, and uniforms, pay restrictive fees, and negotiate with schools to reduce and/or eliminate schools fees, train teachers and care givers with life and livelihood skills. Teachers will be trained in recognizing the behavioral problems associated with Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC). Caregivers trained in life and livelihood skills will be able to feed children and help them live. ERADICATING POVERTY THROUGH ICT SKILLS IN CAMEROON Computer skills and internet access are directly related with poverty eradication and social development for the underprivileged, underserved people and their communities. While Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a compulsory subject in Cameroon, did you know that many children, women and youth never get the chance to learn basic computer skills through an actual computer? Our goal is to open free computer training centers for children, women and youths in South West Region, Cameroon to enable underprivileged and undeserved Cameroonians to be connected with our ever-changing, digital world of information.
