Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.
Mission: Girl Scouts of Colonial Coast, a United Way agency, serves nearly 7,000 girls in grades K-12 throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina, with the guidance of more than 4,000 dedicated and trained volunteers. We create opportunities for girls to discover their own potential, connect with their peers and adult mentors, and take action in big ways. Their growth is our goal.
Programs: Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
