Mission:
To enable economically-disadvantaged high school students to enter and thrive in the economic mainstream by providing them the knowledge and work experience required to succeed as professionals.
Programs:
There are four key elements to the Genesys Works program: 1) professional preparation through an eight week summer training program; 2) ongoing coaching to define the student's post secondary career plan; 3) technical skills training aligned with the needs of the industry; 4) meaningful paid internships with corporate clients as the employers.
