I want to spread awareness about Gem Prep if anyone is thinking about going here. I'm a former student. I've had a horrible experience and so has my friends. The rules are insane at Gem Prep, some teachers verbally bully the students and yell at them if they need help, lunchroom staff bully the students and try to accuse specific students (speaking another language, disabilities, etc) to get them in trouble for things they haven't done, counselor refuses to listen, nurse office only gives you a peppermint or refrigerated wet tissues in a bag, no one does anything to stop bullying, more than once mold and rat dropping were found by The Health Department and students smelling/seeing it (some kids in my class were sensitive to breathing mold), I could go on and on. Please think before taking your children here.
