Programs: Program & facilities - the following grants were made to enhance programs and facilities at woodstock school: woodstock school science, math, and computer departments - $81,715 funded by the fws science fund for the purchase of equipment and teaching aids to strengthen the stem program of the woodstock school school science department, and to fund the cost for woodstock teachers, staff and students to attend various field trips and educational programs. Highlights include: -funding the travel cost for the woodstock school robotics team to participate in the world robotics olympiad in mumbai. -funding the travel cost for the woodstock school math department students to participate in the neamc (northeast asia mathematics competition) annual international mathematic competition in tokyo, japan. -funding the travel cost for woodstock school teachers and students to visit the cern in geneva, switzerland. -funding a visit by cleapps staff to perform a science department educational audit. Cleapps is a united kingdom based organization that promotes excellence in science education and offers consulting and training for teachers and heads of departments as well as audit services on aspects around the safety and ergonomics of teaching laboratories. -funding the travel cost for three woodstock science teachers to attend a professional development program in stem education at the northern arizona university in flagstaff, arizona. -funding the stem coordinator position at woodstock. The stem coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and monintoring of stem program within the school's curriculum as well as developing stem initiatives and educational opportunities. -purchase of science department equipment and teaching aids. 2017 mussoorie mountain festival - $50,000 the 2017 mussoorie mountain festival was held at woodstock school in may 2017. This year's theme was "conservation" as it relates to the himalaya. 12 distinguished speakers presented at the festival, and for the first time, six senior woodstock students presented as a part of the school's festival of ideas. Two exhibitions were held, and a music concert was held in the newly renovated quad cafeteria. An estimated 200 woodstock students attended each of the sessions. The luminescence fund at woodstock - $1,486 the luminescence fund is used to make educational grants to children of woodstock employees to fund college and university level courses.

Waskom pickett scholarship endowment - an endowed fund whose net investment income supports students who add to the quality of woodstock's student body and its social diversity. Joseph h. Schoonmaker scholarship endowment - an endowed fund whose net investment income is used for children of doctors and/or administrators
