Mission: To enhance the quality of life for all members of the community by supporting the on-going operation of a medium sized outdoor family pool and community gathering space at hoyt park, and preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding park and adjacent menomonee river.
Programs: The organization operates a medium sized outdoor family pool at hoyt park. During the 2017 season, tosa pool had over 88,500 visitors to its open swim, member lap swim hours, and member nights. 1,451 family memberships, 1,077 individual and 415 caregiver passes were sold. The organization served the community by offering over 1,200 hours of lap swimming, provided jobs for 120+ workers in our facilities, along with lifeguards and swim instructors; and over 620 children learned to swim thanks to its partner wauwatosa recreation department.
