Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Promote the use of library services and supplement the library's budget.
Results: The Friends of the library have helped fund the renovation of the Fayette Community Room, the outside patio space, organize Watermelon Days silent and live auctions, put on Mystery dinners and other community programing for adults and children. With money raised the Friends have purchased children's books, makers space items, and a video streaming service. In 2022 the Friends were honored with the Mayors award.
