I have been a member for 10 years and until the last year was quite satisfied with the services I have received. I developed a relationship with my care coordinator who was skilled, knowledgeable and engaged. This past year, without explanation, I was informed that a new coordinator was assigned. I was also notified that a 2% increase in premiums would take effect in August and that if that proved a hardship, a fund had been established to assist. I applied for the assistance. I have heard nothing. In June I wrote to the VP (now the President) about concerns. I have had no response.
