Franklin County Human Society is truly dedicated to saving, feeding, medicating and most of all loving all animals that they find in their care. I have found them to care deeply for the well being of animals that need a good human to help them through some very sad and difficult situations. They do everything they can to bring a happy positive outcome to the animals that pass through their doors. They are an asset to our community.
