While there are many non-profit organizations to support, Forgotten Not Gone sets itself apart... Peter and Kelley and the work that they do literally saves lives. Through their own experiences, healing and growth, they bring people together. They recognize that healing comes through different avenues for each individual. They tirelessly put their hearts into helping each person they interact with work on achieving their goals...
I can’t think of a more worthy organization to support. The mission statement says it all. The founders of this organization live a life of service to their community. In this day and age of desensitization through technology, they are lifesavers. Because we are busy with our heads down staring into screens, maybe looking at virtual sky’s through weather reports on the news, we are missing eyeball to eyeball human interaction. This organization brings back old fashioned human interaction and relationship building activities. Way to go❣️
Every ride with FNG is a Reboot!!!
Forgotten Not Gone was the environment I was looking for to help me get out of isolation. One pedal at a time... one event at a time... one vet at a time. I met them at the beginning of my college journey, just over three years ago, and they helped me as I struggled my way through my academic career. FNG has been integral to my successes in the social work program at UNLV, and they will be with me in spirit as I walk across the stage one last time to get my final MSW diploma
I Met Peter and Kelley when I opened Float centers of Nevada and was impressed from the beginning. The compassion and commit to the veterans community is their life mission. I have managed to remain friends over the past 5-6 years and cannot say enough about positive things about Forgotton Not Gone. Just an amazing organization.
I have been associated with this Non Profit for about three years now. It was one of the few that made strides to include my wife, who is also disabled. The survivor rides are always a good time as well as the other parades and events that Forgotten Not Gone participates in to get the word out about their mission to prevent veteran suicide by “Getting out the Damn house!”.
FNG is always at the forefront of engagement & communicating their message of military experience remembrance. Donating support & supplies to veterans is natural to such a heartfelt & inspiring group.
