Mission: Education and enhancement of life for people with disabilities
Programs: The fdoa resource referral network provided a free online resource that includes over 800 accessible inclusive recreation products, programs, and events and destinations through a variety of search options. The sportsability programs provided opportunities for > 7500 people of all ages/abilities to participate in numerous hands-on recreation pursuits and receive health and wellness education at the expo. Miracle sports provided over 500 hours of team sports for people of all ages and abilities. Recreational activity program for adults with disabilities (rapad) assisted almost 200 adults with a disability to improve wellness and enhance their quality of life by participating in community-based sports,recreation and active leisure opportunities.
