Mission: First Trip works to increase diversity in study abroad and international affairs by alleviating inequitable barriers for underrepresented college students to travel abroad for the first time and pursue global careers.
Results: First Trip promotes global citizenship by conducting passport workshops, awarding study abroad scholarships, and providing global career mapping services for underrepresented students to travel abroad for the first time. We continue to work closely with academic institutions, international organizations, and business leaders who are committed to ensuring that future generations of global leaders and professionals mirror the nation’s diverse populace and intellectual perspectives.
