usf chipra (children's health insurance program reauthorization act) program maximizes existing opportunities and structures within a network of collaborative partnerships to increase enrollment and retention in the florida kidcare program. This program targets difficult-to-reach and minority populations with the highest percentages of uninsured children and provides application and renewal assistance. Data is collected and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the outreach efforts.
