Causes: Health, Patient & Family Support
Mission: We strive to assist primarily residents of Michigan, men or women, mentally, physically, spiritually and financially, while they are faced with the diagnosis of cancer. We focus on reducing unnecessary fears and “what if’s” of those facing a diagnosis of cancer by providing personalized cancer and survivor support and coaching.
Target demographics: those with a diagnosis of cancer and their families
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 300 clients with a diagnosis of cancer with personalized treatment kits, coaching, and/other services.
Geographic areas served: Michigan: Majority of assistance is located Huron, St. Clair, Macomb, Oakland Counties
Programs: personalized assessment and supportive care plans, individually selected supportive treatment/survivorship kits, supportive cancer coaching, survivorship coaching, symptom management coaching, financial assistant programs, client advocacy assistance, education resources, other supportive resources, holiday giving, and much more.
