Mission: Fairview home care and hospice offers an exceptional experience for patients and families focused on their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Fairview home care and hospice provides quality medical healthcare regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, handicap, age, or ability to pay. Fairview home care and hospice provides a wide range of services, such as rehabilitation therapy, nursing care, social services, spiritual health services, personal care services, nutrition services, and senior companions. During 2014, fairview home care and hospice cared for 10,019 clients with a total of 296,813 encounters. In addition to the patient care encounters and as part of its charitable community programs, fairview home care and hospice experienced encounters with the community and provided education for the communities served. This includes services for the poor, special needs groups, and other community members.
