Mission: Eyewitness Palestine is a transformational education program that inspires and trains participants to be accountable lifelong social justice advocates in the Palestine solidarity movement and within their own communities.
Target demographics: create a world where Palestine is liberated and all are free
Geographic areas served: North America
Programs: Delegation program - organize 2-3 delegations of about 70 people total of diverse backgrounds on educational trips to Palestine/Israel. Delegations emphasized meetings with israeli and palestinian grassroots educators and advocates who live there.
Education and Advocacy Program - emphasized continued civic engagement and educational activities to ensure the delegation experience becomes a building block towards greater community involvement on the issues. This program resulted in hundreds of media activities featuring delegates, including articles, radio and television broadcasts and more. Hundreds of public presentations were also made to diverse audiences.
