Causes: Mental Health, Residential Mental Health Treatment
Mission: Providing licensed residential services, waiver-certified supported living services, and carf accredited/waiver work/habilitative services to individuals with intellectual disabilities
Programs: Individual living - to provide contact hours of supervision and training in personal and home skills, advocacy skills, and community skills needed to support an individual with an intellectual disability in living safely in an apartment or home of his/her choice. These services are provided as needed to each individual, ranging from hourly services up to 24 hours daily, according to the rules and regulations set forth in chapter 77. 37 of the iowa administrative code.
east home and west home icf/id - to provide community based intermediate care to individuals with intellectual disabilities through a continuous active treatment program consisting of needed interventions and services in sufficient intensity and frequency to support the achievement of ipp objectives. These services are provided to individuals who have been certified by iowa medicaid enterprise as eligible for icf/id services set forth in chapter 64 of the iowa administrative code.
west side apartments - to provide independent living quarters for individuals meeting admissions qualifications as established to qualify as low income housing. North iowa regional housing authority regulates rent charges.
