Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: Evergreen adult day care offers high quality affordable day services to adults. Our goal is to support with competence,compassion, and character the clients and their families in maintaining independence through the aging process.
Programs: Wesley evergreen adult day services is a program designed to give more purpose and meaning to the daily lives of adults who are partly dependent on others for assistance with tasks of daily living. While their usual care givers rest, go to work or fulfill other obligations, wesley evergreen provides a friendly and supervised setting for their loved ones. During 2014, 66 individuals were provided approximately 3,562 days of service at our facility. The wesley community as a whole has embraced a philanthropic culture. On behalf of the wesley community, management donates over 750 hours per year of their own time to local organizations to further support the not-for-profit needs in our community. We have staff members regularly contributing their own time to the alzheimer's association, the saratoga planning board, saratoga artsfest, the saratoga springs lions club, saratoga rotary, leadership saratoga and the saratoga county chamber of commerce, to name a few. Additionally, the wesley campus regularly hosts the activities and meetings of over 15 not-for-profit organizations.
