Mission: EFB was founded by community leaders committed to providing quality education to learners of all ages. Currently, the Foundation funds three grant programs that advance its committment: the Youth Advocacy Grant program dedicated to asset building activites for youth; the Education Innovation Grant Program created to encourage innovative instructional practices and the Student Success Stipend, created to meet the individual needs of a changing student population.
